Barcelona President Laporta promises second UEFA complaint

Barcelona President elect Joan Laporta has promised that the Catalan aspect shall be submitting a second official criticism to UEFA after their Champions League elimination by the hands of Atletico Madrid on Tuesday. Barcelona have already had one criticism to UEFA rejected.
