Gerald Domfeh, Chief Government Officer of Younger Apostles, has expressed confidence that the membership will retain its Ghana Premier League standing within the ongoing 2025/26 season.
After 19 matches, Younger Apostles sit fifteenth on the league desk with 22 factors, reflecting a marketing campaign of blended outcomes.
Regardless of their struggles, Domfeh believes relegation shouldn’t be a priority.
“We’ll survive relegation,” he instructed Asempa FM.
“From the video games we have now performed, we are able to do higher, and we’ll give Goals FC a very good sport this weekend, and so relegation is out of the dialog,” he added.
The Apostles shall be seeking to bounce again after a 2-2 residence draw towards Hohoe United, as they journey to face Goals FC on the Tuba AstroTurf in Matchday 20.
In a separate growth, the membership, which had beforehand threatened to boycott the Premier League, has confirmed it is going to proceed competing within the league for the rest of the season.
