Napoli boss Antonio Conte is the highest-paid coach in Serie A in 2025-26, adopted by Massimiliano Allegri and Gian Piero Gasperini.
TMW has listed the salaries of all 20 Serie A coaches in 2025-26 and Conte emerges because the highest-paid with an €8m web wage.
Conte the highest-paid coach in 2025-26 Serie A
