Atletico Madrid have spent huge to date this summer season, with offers for Alex Baena and Matteo Ruggeri wrapped up – and Johnny Cardoso will quickly observe. It’s no shock that Porto have moved rapidly to safe 100% of Samu’s rights, given how extremely they fee him.
