In the kitchen, Franco Franceschini, executive chef of the group with Argentine roots, leads a menu designed to share, with dishes such as the Wagyu Milanese (80 euros)Angus short ribs (18), or the caviar tortellini.

The average ticket is around 100 euros per diner, a figure that does not seem to matter to those who, like the white team’s footballers, seek to enjoy exclusive experiences as a group.
